  • You can book classes through our website. Simply choose your preferred session, complete the booking, and you're all set!

  • We understand that plans may change. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are non-refundable. Please note that a £0.50 transaction fee will apply for all cancellations. Thank you for understanding.

  • Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Most participants prefer active or gym wear.

  • Just bring yourself! The studio provides all necessary equipment. However, if you prefer to use your own mat or props, feel free to bring them along.

  • Absolutely! All our sessions are beginner-friendly unless otherwise specified. Classes can be tailored to suit all levels. If you have any concerns, let your instructor know.

  • Our classes are designed for adults of all ages. We’re planning to expand our schedule to include yoga sessions for children and teens. If you're interested, please let us know!

  • Yes, we offer private 1:1 sessions and corporate yoga classes. Please fill out our online form under ‘Contact Us’ for more information and to discuss your needs.
